Food NW Awards GALA DINNER - 24th June 2010

The Food NW Awards 2010 take the theme of Fabulous Food! 

Winners will be announced and trophies presented at a fabulous Gala Dinner on the evening of the 24th June 2010 at Manchester’s historic Midland Hotel.

The evening will commence at 6.30 pm with a drinks and canapés reception followed by a welcome from our host Lucy Meacock. Dinner and awards presentation will start at 7.30 pm and we are delighted to welcome Jonathan Warburton as our guest speaker for the evening.

A four course menu using a selection of regionally sourced produce will be served followed by music and dancing with a live band and Carriages at 12.30am.

Tickets are £95 (+vat) per person or £900 (+vat) for a table of 10

Food NW Members can purchase tickets for £85 (+vat) per person or £800 (+vat) for a table of 10

From the M6 Junction 19 join the M56. Follow signs for the city centre (A5103).Then follow signs for the Manchester Central Convention Complex/Bridgewater Hall onto Medlock Street. Go through the lights onto Lower Mosley Street. Pass Bridgewater Hall on your right and the hotel is facing you.

From the North

From the M6, join the M61 at Preston. Follow signs for M60 south and west towards theTrafford Centre. Follow signs for the city centre and Manchester Central Convention Complex (A57). Turn left intoWater Street and left onto the A56 Deansgate. Turn right onto Peter Street and the hotel is 300 metres on the right hand side.

 

Food Northwest Awards 2010 charity prize draw in aid of FareShare Northwest

FareShare Northwest is a surplus food redistribution service run by EMERGE Food, a new initiative of the East Manchester based sustainable waste management social enterprise EMERGE 3R’s. EMERGE Food’s aim is to combat food waste and food poverty through the FareShare project and also through the provision of cookery and food awareness education.
